I just stucked in the recovery again and again #27

After the flash zimage factoryfs cache dbdate then i went into the cwm recovery I wipe factory date and cache many times but still ,when reboot it goes to the cwm recovery mode again.Please help me

The same happens to me. I've checked that filesystems (all of them) are correctly wiped and formatted as ext4. Boot shows the CWM 5.0.27 screen and I can execute commands there normally. I'm also able connect to the device using ADB (shows up as recovery)

Also have the same issue; please, can anyone provide a solution or a method to get back to my stock T-mobile rom? Help!!!
