Hey Colin, we're done with the content but we still want to make some final changes based on some formatting issues I've been having. I've sent you an email with a few questions, if you can please reply to them asap, I'll be able to make those changes asap and submit the final product. In this case, is it possible if we take an extra day to do all the finishing touches and submit it before tomorrow midnight? If not, the content is all there but the formatting may be off.

No worries about formatting tonight...my computer is shut down, so I can't build the book again to check. I've merged your pr.
