I'll leave some general comments here regarding your showcase post...

• thanks for sharing your views in relation to what we call 'intrinsic motivation', and Chinese people call 原动力（Yuan Dong Li). This is an interesting connection.
• would be good to link to Roth's article to make it easier to find
• very relevant point that we create disabilities through our pedagogy. This is a new idea for me and I want to learn more.
• good overview of UDL guidelines
• the link under figure 1 is a google search, it is better to link directly to the image. The citation should be to the source article:
