Module src/include directories not added to Doxygen INPUT #533

The PROJECT_CODE_DIRS and PROJECT_INCLUDE_DIRS of project modules are missing from the the list of Doxygen INPUT files. This is due to a missing PARENT_SCOPE option when setting the <MODULE>_CODE_DIRS and <MODULE>_INCLUDE_DIRS variables in a function called by basis_project_modules.
