[WOTLK] Issues with Quest #24536 & #24655 Something Stinks #1284

Current behavior: You can receive the quest but none of the guards have the pink aura about them, and you can not use the device to sniff them.

Expected behavior: After receiving quest, guards should have aura about them. Use Snagglebolt's Air Analyzer on heavily perfumed guard. Sniff six guards and quest in complete.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enter Stormwind (Alliance) or Orgimmar (Horde)
  2. Talk to Inspector Snip Snagglebolt and accept quest "Something Stinks"
  3. Try to use device on guards
