[CLASSIC][TBC][WOTLK] Seal of Ascension Does Nothing During Rend Fight #1455

Current behavior: Can't use Seal of Ascension ring during the Rend or Glyth fight in LBRS.

Expected behavior: Vaelastrasz the Red should spawn and help with the fight. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dL_LkwkI83Q

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Rend/Glyth Fight in LBRS.
  2. Attempt to use equipped Seal of Ascension ring.
  3. Notice right-clicking the ring does nothing.

Client version: 1.12

There is also an issue open about this in the old SD2 repo: https://github.com/scriptdev2/scriptdev2/issues/124 If you can complete the data there, that would be helpful for when I'll have the time to pick up this topic.

Still needs script for spell id 16349 event 4622
