@killerwife can u test it please again? I tested it and it gives me 25% base mana like stormstrike... and it shoudln't

so here it is. When u use use Improved Stormstrike Talent, u will be granted 20% base mana every time u use stormstrike. (with the exception is doesn't miss or your attack is dodged but this part is working perfect)

BUT

it also makes Lava lash to give u 20% base mana. This should not happend, because that talent should affect ONLY stormstrike

Now it doesn;t give anymore mana, but nor do Stormstrike do give u, and it should 20% base mana
