🐛 [Bug Report] Quest - Testing the Vessel cant not be completed

Bug Details

Killed Wildkin are not showing as valid targets for the Wildkin Muisek Vessel. Per the quest text, vicious, primitive, or savage owlbeasts should work but none do. Instead get "invalid target"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Kill owlbeast
2. Use Wildkin Muisek Vessel
3. It doesn't work....

Expected behavior

Using the vessel should record that 1 of 10 Muisek's have been collected and continue until all 10 are gathered. Then quest should be able to be turned in to quest giver.

WotlkDB has this quest working correct (it has diff targets) - so dont u worry - wont be backported.

TBC DB has this quest also working.

Confirmed the issue, saying invalid target while trying to capture wildkin.

Checked against faerie dragon muisek vessel that works almost the same diff target and both have the relations correctly set
