🚀 [Feature Request] Create a New Issue in GitHub When Builds and Prebuilds Fail #3475

Feature Details

When a prebuild or build fails we send a notification to Discord, but we should also create a new issue with a link to the build log and potentially assign it to a team or project to get eyes on it and fixed.

Benefits and Purpose

So we can track the work that is created by commits and assign it to appropriate people.
