🐛 [WOTLK] Paladin Judgements (Light & Wisdom) proc chance #3493

Bug Details

This 2 spell should proc under a certain chance. Currently their chances are 100%

Both spells speak about a chance of proc, somewhere in the comments section someone is talking about 50% chance to proc

I beleive their chance is like 50% - 50%

https://youtu.be/eoZPJFnfZpY?t=2134 judging by this I would say it is a higher rate the chance to get the heal. Is that because of the weapoin ppm? I mean slow weapons trigger it more often.

Somewhere I read that Judgements and seals of light/wisdom have like 20 ppm
