🐛 [WOTLK] Shaman - Improved Stormstrike Talent - Doesn't give 20% mana #3671

According to this talent stormstike should give 20% mana. But it doesn't give currently

Can confirm this isn't working.

My steps to reproduce:

  1. Max mana = 1473
  2. Cast spells down to 1213 mana, making sure no mana regen.
  3. Hit Stormstrike, which costs 54 mana
  4. Drop to 1159 mana.

No mana gain from Stormstrike with Improved Stormstrike 2/2, which should give a 100% chance of giving back mana.
