🐛 [Bug Report] [Playerbots] Bots did not abandon Fire festival event quests after it ended

Bug Details

Fire festival event has ended, but the bots still keep the quests (but they will not be able to complete them until the next year)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fire festival event must be ongoing
2. Let bots take fire festival event quests
3. Fire festival should end
4. Bots will not abandon the fire festival event quests

Expected behavior

Bots would abandon the fire festival event quests (or actually any timed event event quests after the event is over), because it only clutters the quest log, and they could also try to pointlessly complete them?

Suggested Workaround

Periodically check if a bot has an event quest, but the event is over, and if so - abandon the quest
