Ironforge & Deeprun Tram fixes #1310

@al3xc1985 I have a small question for you. If you have the time and inclination, maybe you can go to the Deeprun Tram? There's an NPC there called Haggle. Can you watch him for a while, where he goes, what he does, what he says etc? I do have data on him, but a video would be useful for additional reference.

I am recording arathi highlands now, but as fast as I end u will have your vid. I know him I have him recorded somewhere but I will do it again

And about Haggie he has his lines random only 3 times on his trip from sleep to sleep And the chance for each text is 25% from my point

Also if u need extra info about cities and RP from there, tell me and u will have any city with everything I don't plan to get them now, but I do plan to record them

And when I say everything, u will have even objects and every corner checked
