Thunderbluff fixes #1311

delete 1 duplicate object
update positions for a few objects in TB
add 4 missing objects

There aren't many objects in TB, so maybe I'll update the position for the rest later
WIP: Lit up the bonfire
WIP: RP between Tahu Sagewind and Aponi Brightmane

Strange thing: There are signs (for vendors/trainers etc) and even signposts in TB that don't appear in sniffs or in the cache files. It looks like they do not exist... They are not really important, but the position cannot be updated (if needed) at the moment...
