Dunno if I have to dig more about this problem.. It is very obvious that whole dungeon need to be remade ,cause so many mobs share same spawn, but different type of mob.
As I mentioned upper some of them are extra spawn and should not be there, but because of this missing feature in the beggining they just got there
Checked the tiwlights part zone, and same problem
best you can do is: document group for group what the constalations are.
e.g 4 pack group, two casters two melees, randomized.
else i'll just throw the data we have at it and do a fully randomized group that can be composed of 4 melees, if unlucky.
e.g sunken temple groups are always two big guards and then the others 1 or 2. 4 pack.

the things is that even the water part with mobs is in the same situation... it will take a little bit of it... but it ain't to hard. I think...
Cause each group of mobs share spawn by general with the same type.
e.g. Twilights share spawn with tiwlights... but some of them like hellcallers and mymirons in some places to share spawn point
the task is to document on ~3 runs what you encountered. thats it. - remaining data i can fill with CCSDB, with the logic you provided.
