That "spot" can randomly be one of the above.

For the second part of the dungeon I don't see the problem why not using spawn on entry, cause the rule is the same for all, I mean 3 Spirits or 1 Dead or 1 Phantasm. And as I saw on vids the combination is unlimited so I suggest not to use spawn_groups for this part of the dungeon
