How about an exit code to indicate success? #11

Great tool, thank you!

I'd like to publish documentation independently only if the npm publish succeeds. How about a non-zero exit code if a publish isn't appropriate (e.g., the version number hasn't changed)?

Never mind, I came up with another solution.
