Support fees & dividends paid in shares

Hello!

First of all thanks for this awesome tool which I've just started using.

It would be great if support for fees & dividends transactions paid out in shares were added. Indeed, french life insurance contracts work this way. Right now I'm tracking those transactions with sell+fees or a dividends+buy pairs respectively, but it would be nice to clean it up. Here is an example of the number of minuscule transactions I have to enter:

This workaround also makes them show up on the securities tab which isn't the best:
