Make public Pipe.setMultithreadedMaxSourceSize(int) et Pipe.setNbThread(int) #26

Hi Christophe,

I need to set Pipe.setMultithreadedMaxSourceSize(int) and Pipe.setNbThread(int) at runtime. Currently those methods are not public.
