version 0.11 endless site generation

Hi

I have a really strange bug with xslDoc-maven-plugin 0.11 : see attached bug.endless-site-generation.zip

Running mvn site the script stop at:

[INFO] Generating "XSL Doc" report --- xslDoc-maven-plugin:0.11

And never will stops, without any errors.

It is very sensible:

• if you delete any of the 2 xsl it works
• if you change the name of the xsl it works
• if you delete any (?) line in els-common_constants.xsl, it works

I really can't figure out what's happen here.

Moving back to version xslDoc-maven-plugin 0.10, it always works.

The only thing that changes is the use of xsl-doc:1.7 instead of xsl-doc:1.6. Let's investigate this...
