Video Monkey does not work #103

Hi, For some reason all of a sudden when I try to use Video Monkey it doesn't work. I've tried several different ways to get it to work. When i add file and press start program is start to be waiting. their is no error message , no warnings etc. absolutely nothing. I tried using Video Monkey on Mac Os X 10.9.1 I tried deleting the app and uploading the latest version and delete ~/Library/Application Support/VideoMonkey Still no luck. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ozgur

I’m not sure what "Snow Mavericks” is, but if it’s started happening when it was working before, it must be something that has been changed recently. Have you made any changes to your system?

I can confirm the issue on multiple Macs running Mavericks (10.9.1). Adding an mp4 or m4v file either via drag and drop or via "Add File" dialog shows nothing in the file list. Below are console logs resulting form launching VideoMonkey, trying to drag and drop an mp4 file, then attempting to add same file via "Add File" menu option:

Unfortunately, this is the same for me since installing Mavericks. I so loved VideoMonkey before it stopped working too - great job by the author.
