VM 0.9: Output Framerate stuck at 10fps #57

I'm trying to convert a set of MJPEG .AVI files recorded by my Canon Powershot S2 IS. Even if I crank the Quality slider all the way to 'Go Nuts' or I select 'Limit output params to input', the framerate that VM indicates it will use remains stuck at 10fps.

I tried converting anyways but sure enough, the resulting video was 10fps.

I decided to download VM 0.8 to see if I have the same issue, but it works FINE in 0.8. Looks like this bug got introduced with 0.9.

Hope you can figure out the issue. Thanks for your great work!

P.S. Forgot to mention that I'm trying to output to MP4 format with H.264 encoding.

Ha! I was about to ask you all sorts of questions about your config and the type of file you were trying. But the same happens for me, on every file! It should be an easy fix. Thanks for the report.

Brilliant! Many thanks for your hard work on this project. VM has completely filled the hole in my heart left by VisualHub!
