Presets for 1st Generation AppleTV do not keep frame rate within required parameters for 1024x720 preset #78

When encoding video for the 1st generation AppleTV on version 0.12 of VideoMonkey?, the program will allow a 1280x720 video to be encoded with 29.9 (30)fps which is beyond the capabilities of the 1st generation AppleTV. The AppleTV only supports up to 24fps at this resolution.
