Video Monkey does not work #79

Hi there.

For some reason all of a sudden when I try to use Video Monkey it doesn't work. I've tried several different ways to get it to work. I've clicked on the app to open it, it opens in the dock, but does not open the screen. When I go to the menu up top it is frozen, but it doesn't say the app is not responding. I've also tried clicking on the video file and opening it up in Video Monkey. That didn't work either. I tried using Video Monkey on Snow Lepard, Lion and Mountain Lion. I tried deleting the app and uploading the latest version. Still no luck. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I would be interested in understanding this. It probably has something to do with the preferences file. Can you send me the file at:

~/Preferences/org.VideoMonkey.VideoMonkey.plist

Then delete that file and retry. If that doesn't work, please delete the entire folder at:

~/Library/Application Support/VideoMonkey
