I'm trying to encode an MKV file (using the newest version 0.14 downloaded today) and I get an error message. It did find the metadata but failed during the encoding step. I've included the log below. It worked fine with HandBrake. I'm running OSX 10.8.2 and ran the previous version of VideoMonkey without issue.

Begin transcode: Family.Video.mkv --> Family.Video.mp4

Do you have a very short video clip which shows this problem? I'd like to get figure out how to fix it once and for all.

Per request: http://youtu.be/EBuUy861mZI

Note that the console logs list the file as .mp4, rather than mkv. In bot of my cases, the video in the mkv container was in fact an mp4 encoded video.
