Gogs service does not start on xenial series #3

Hi @cmars, the gogs service does not start on xenial series. This is due to a missing systemd startup script. There is one provided in the gogs source tree under ~/scripts/systemd. I'm sorry but I've missed that I have to specify the series when deploying from a local build under a directory named xenial... I should be able to provide a PR quickly. Eric

What was disturbing, was the charm status set to active (green) while the service was not available.
