b and l for Svol transposed?

b and l for Svol transposed? #22

Are the b and l coordinates for Svol transposed? In 1901.07566 fig 13 where Svol is taken from, the x axis is b not l, unlike the other stream figures in the same paper, so this might be the origin of the discrepancy.
