A mistake about ATLAS and Aliqa Uma in galstreams? #24

Hi, I would like to say that galstreams acts as a useful library of stellar streams that make relevant studies easier. Thanks for your contribution! I think I have found a mistake about ATLAS and Aliqa Uma in galstreams. The locations of these two streams might be wrong.

The blue tracks indicate these two streams from galstreams and the pink dots are S5 survey plates, and the second figure shows the results from Shipp et al.(2018). It is noted that Aliqa Uma should be at lower dec. than ATLAS, which is contrary for tracks from galstreams.

Many thanks for noticing and reporting this! It has been corrected. Just note that the phi1,phi2 coordinates from Li21 are flipped in phi1 w.r.t. the ones now implemented in galstreams (phi1_li21 = -phi1_galstreams).
