Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes users may want to keep their Spotify playlists in sync with Plex, instead of the reverse

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to choose which direction to sync

Note: Unsure how feasible this is, need to investigate Spotify API and consider the possibility of being unable to update autogenerated Spotify playlists (i.e., Daily Mix, Discover)

See the attached branch for progress. Been on hold for a minute but should get it finished this week

Deadass I was lying about that, this is kind of a pain in the ass and is going to need some tuning I think.
