Updating the Snap Package #2

Hey @cmatsuoka I've been using this repo: https://snapcraft.io/mpg123-cm for accessing the snap image. It looks as the the your last update on github isn't reflected here. Just wanted to make sure this was the correct place to post. Just seems like the other repo is still on 1.29.0 and needs the latest changes pushed.

I usually update to the edge channel, wait a few days to see if anyone complains, and then promote it to stable (To use the edge channel, run snap refresh mpg123-cm --edge). I'm promoting it to stable now.
