Sliding Tile to End Calls Conflicts with Status Bar Pull-down Menu #1045

Trying to pull down the status bar menu during a call can inadvertently and 
unintentionally end the call because of the sipdroid sliding tile's proximity 
to the status bar, and because they both require finger dragging in the same 
direction.

/-Suggested Solutions-\

-Make the slding tile more rectangular (1x4) in shape and move its starting 
position -y 300 to 400 pixels

-Change the sliding tile to require motion from x,left to x,right or vice versa 
instead of y,top to y,bottom
