Add SOCKS5 proxy support #811

Add support for using a SOCKS5 proxy.

This will allow anonymizing the connection.

Note that a SOCKS5 proxy can be easily created by setting up a dynamic port 
forwarding to a ssh server using ConnectBot for example.
