After reinstall there is no status light in the notification bar. #869

I uninstalled sipdroid in order to follow the full directions, ie. installing 
and registering googlevoice, etc. after installing sipdroid and trying to 
register, it says my name is already used on the "trunk" and I get no status 
light. I'm using a Huawei Ascend (i have made phone calls before with sipdroid) 
running Android 2.1.
