Creating an account at PBXes does not work #918

Creating an account at PBXes, as linked from the sipdroid project page, does 
not seem to work. 
I fill in the forms, then press submit, and I get an error stating "username / 
password error", even though I tried several usernames (which are not likely to 
be existing), and the password does not seem special.  The message about the 
"username / password error" flashes briefly, and then, there is a message 
stating "incorrect captcha", even though no capthca was ever shown. 
This with both Firefox and Chrome, on a Mac. 
There seems to be nowhere on the PBXes page to report the error.

I realize that this is not directly a sipdroid problem, but it appears to be 
impossible to create new accounts for use with sipdroid, which of course does 
affect sipdroid, at least from a user perspective.
