Make native videocall impossible #973

On samsung galaxy s2:
Enable "Prefered call type" on "Always Ask"
Try to make videocall(using 3G/UMTS service not gtalk, skype etc) using stock 
addressbook.
After the request "Sipdroid or Phone" the call is not VIDEOcall.

To solve the problem just put the option of "Phone" so that the popup does not 
come out of request.
