Sipdroid doesn't work with miui dialer #976

With MIUI installed, sipdroid loses control when you click into contacts. I.e. 
if you press the contacts list button in the sipdroid dialer, it takes you into 
the MIUI contacts pane, from which point the MIUI dialer takes over.

Actually let me amend that. Sipdroid doesn't work with MIUI full stop. When you 
press the dialer button in Sipdroid, you are sent to the MIUI dialer, which 
doesn't send the call back to Sipdroid.

This may be MIUI's bug, but Sipdroid needs to provide a workaround.
