Can't find sipdroid on "Market" #978

I got new Samsung Galaxy S2 with gingerbread 2.3.3.
I'm looking on ""market"" for sipdroid, but can not find it..
lots other VIP apps but no sipdroid

You have to download the APK from http://sipdroid.org

Because of an open dispute with Samsung Germany we have temporarily blocked all 
Samsung devices from Android market (worldwide).

how to download?
After cliking the latest version:
Sipdroid-2.3.apk 
it says on the phone "starting download"
And that is the end of it. Nothing downloaded.
