No outgoing or incoming calls #997

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Dial outgoing number from cell
2.Dial google number from other phone
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The call should go through but instead when i call from my android it says the 
call cannot be completed and when i call from a different phone to try to 
contact my android it just keeps ringing but i dont get the call. i will get a 
missed called and a voicemail in my google voice inbox but no completed calls.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Sipdroid version 2.4 on a samsung epic 4g with android 2.3 (gingerbread)

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
I am using PBXes

Which type of network are you using?
wifi

Please provide any additional information below.
