Inbound call only 1 ring at caller side then silence but keep rining #998

The issue: caller tone of the incoming calls

When somebody calls the number attached the sipgate.co.uk account, it rings 
only 1 on the caller side then silence - the sipdroid keeps ringing.
So it rings on my mobile but only rings one for the caller then silence, 
doesn't hang up ringing on my side but he other side is silent.
