Regarding the gallery presentation, a lot can be tuned with CSS, but certainly some things cannot easily and cleanly be resolved without adjusting the gallery view. Therefore, it would be nice to offer alternative views, and even let users create their own views, and to make the desired view selectable via the configuration.
