Many large images may trigger a timeout #17

If there are many large images for which thumbnails have to be yet created, this may take quite while, so PHP might trigger a timeout error.

This can't be solved (at least not without a cron job), so I'm marking this as documentation issue. Requesting the folder overview several times should finally resolve the issue.
