Updated open62541 to v1.2-rc2 and added log level to menuconfig. Fixes #35 and #34.

Some major changes here;

Updated to open62541 v1.2-rc2 but had to reduce the Send/RecvBufferSizes. This should be tested more.
Added UA_LOGLEVEL to menuconfig to make setting easier.
Refactored component structure.
Removed LED method, which was useless.

No regression observed manually but keep an eye on this PR.
