Prepare for deploying with docker #36

Fixed installation of all dependencies, change port 8030, other small fixes

@cbaakman so the time has come, it's finally ready to deploy. Could you approve the merge request and deploy it in production?

Have you broadly tested it? All features are working like they should? No databanks missing?

Yes, it I've tested it all and it's working fine now, no databases missing, all dependencies are installed (and executed) successfully.

I've configured nginx. So now everything should be working properly. It's available at www.cmbi.umcn.nl/kmad/
