prediction in hope

Right now, kmad has been commented out in hope. @hvenselaar mentioned that she had her doubts about kmad's predictions back then.

Before we re-enable kmad in hope, @joannalange can you tell us whether or not the previous prediction issues have been fixed?

As mentioned by @hvenselaar in cmbi/hope#323 the predictions are ok now, just let me check first if everything in the kmad-hope communication part still works and we can go ahead with re-enabling it
