This allows users to know which version they have, making it easier to see if they should upgrade.

A version option has been added to the develop branch in the latest commit: https://github.com/cmbi/mrs/commit/37d42c367d089a3796c70f6ad4da4f58d99ca19f

Simply call 'mrs version' in the commandline.
