Now that I'm getting closer to writing non-trivial uses of pyopenxr, I want to change some symbol names in pyopenxr.
[x] Rename System, Instance, Session classes to SystemObject, InstanceObject, etc. These are confusing because they differ from the use of System etc. in the C API.
[x] Rename InstanceHandle, SessionHandle, etc. to Instance, Session, etc. to better match the usage in C.
[x] Revert renaming of type, next structure fields back from structure_type, next_structure. Again, to better match the C usage. #72
