What would you like to see documented?
Show how the the '_HostLocalWebsite (O2 Tool).exe' module can be used to run a 
local copy of 
WebGoat

note: the source code of this module is at "\O2 - All Active 
Projects\O2_Tools\O2_Tool_HostLocalWebSite"
