Bug Fixes

Pending Changes:

• changed urls to use change ID rather than change type + company ID
• adapted views logic to URL change
• duplicate entries should no longer throw 500 errors

Pending Company View:

• added change type to single change view

Resources Querysets:

• if queryset returns null, default is set to empty string to avoid 500 errors

Migrations:

• fixed migrations in ci workflow
