Sentry:

• Added sentry for advanced telemetry and monitoring

File Uploads:

• uploaded companies are now inserted into pending companies
• ids of pending companies are inserted into uploadindex
• after upload, user is taken to upload wizard view in upload wizard, all pending companies from upload are listed
• user can add all, add only unique, or cancel all for upload

Bug Fixes:

• made view logic for pagination more robust, handles most if not all bad inputs now and always returns a valid page
• added highlighting for currently viewed page
• removed bottom pagination bar if number of companies < 10
• added FK values to company_view and company_view_pending

Other:

• added back to top button (if number of companies < 10) to bottom pagination bar
• bumped vercel versions
  • node: 20.x
  • python: 3.12
• set view company to staff route
• added meaningful background color based on message level to messages
