Create a Map Generator #33

I'm wondering if we should also create a map generator, that could be used to help us bug-test our 3d feature... hm...

If the 3D is going to be generated from the base map file(csv), then making a csv map generator shouldn't be too bad, I guess we would just have to come up with some constraints of what each map needs to include.
